Many of us face different issue given what we are currently going through in our lives, we may experience fear, loss, abandonment, grief, anxiety, uncertainty, anger and stress. Feelings and emotions can overwhelm us if we do not deal with them. Some of us may even fear the healing itself thinking it may be too devasting of us to handle, yet emotions need motion in order to move and by allowing ourselves the time and space to honour, accept and release the we are gifting ourselves with freedom and empowerment.
Sessions commence with a WhatsApp video chat, in order to gain the necessary information and insights as to what the issues our are what needs to be released.
I then commence with the constellation either on screen or if a client is unable to connect with the energetic field, I will then proceed with the constellation myself taking voice notes as I go along. Once completed I will send you your voice notes via WhatsApp. You are then free to contact me via WhatsApp video if you have any further questions.
I will also be bringing in the necessary energy for your Soul to feel supported and grounded throughout the process.
