RISE WOMEN RISEHealing the Feminine Wound using the Family Constellation method is a profound experience as we are able to access the generational line and heal this wound on a soul level. We release the pain and grief these women have carried freeing them from the loyalty that has kept them bound. As we bring in unconditional love, we are able to honour the matriarchal line and their journey.
Setting us free to live our lives fully. |
The Feminine Wound and How it Plays out plays out in our lives
When we say the Feminine/Mother Wound – please note that we are referring to the wound that has been carried and passed down the generational line of Women from the beginning of time.
It is how Women have been treated and what Women have suffered through under the Partirarchal rule. It is the "less-than" belief that women carry and do not feel worthy, equal or powerful.
Picture yourself standing there, your mother behind you (representing her generation) behind her, your Gran mother (representing her generation) and then your Great Gran Mother (representing her generation) Each women carries the collective consciousness of that generations as well as the ones that came before them.
It is not necessarily something that our Mothers DID to us. It is the beliefs systems ingrained in society that women are not equal.
It's the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual pain and abuse these women have suffered throughout time.
Each generation of women has passed this wound on, not knowing any better, nor having the tools to release the pain, that they have endured or the lost dreams that were shattered, so she subconsciously passes the wound onto her daughters.
Many women have issues with their mothers, cosntantly at loggerheads and don't fully understand why.
We feel judged and critized and nothing we do is right. You are constantly compared with others.
We long for her love and approval, yet her attention seems elsewhere.
Her boys are more important, or she pushes you beyond your limits, trying to mould you into something she was not.
She failed to give you the nurturing you needed and longed for, only because she didn't know how to be a mother and what that meant.
The disconnection from the feminine by the patriarchal society has left a gaping wound and a deep yearning inside us to feel whole again affecting women and men alike, as we are all born through the Feminine energy.
Women feel the wound more strongly as we sub-consciously carry our mothers pain and those that came before...
and out of loyalty to them and what they went through, we continue the patterns, beliefs and pain cycle.
The feminine wound affects our lives in various ways.
People disappointing us and/or not supporting us.
Feeling intense shame that there must be something wrong with us.
We are not worthy or deserving.
We have boundaries issues, sacrificing our want, needs, desires to make others feel more fullfiled, successful and loved.
We have issues with our bodies and sexuality.
We have a high tolenarce for abuse.
We feel constantly vitimized or become the perpetrator.
We carry a deep sense of guilt.
The Patriarchal society has encouraged us not to trust other women, so women compete endlessly with each other we, society has left us feeling we cannot trust eachother, suruvuval of the fittest.
Women need to rise up creating safe spaces and support systems for each other in order to heal and talk about these issues, to unit and be the powerful women we are meant to be
The patriarchal system has fed off a women's light and manipulated them into belieiving they are not worthy, when in actual fact they fear a woman’s power. They have lablled women as weak and emotional.
We keep ourselves small because we don't want to rock the boat.
We yearn to belong, feel safe and secure. To have heathly boundaries and trust the process of life and those around us.
To be financially independant and have the material poccession we desire without fear of being victimized.
To fully be here and have our dreams manifest.
We have forgotten how put ourselves first. To nurture ourselves and take time out.
We feel guilty about our bodies and rejects ourselves for the way we look.
We have lost touch with our sexuality or have experienced the horrors of abuse leaving us in shame believing that it was somehow our fault.
We beat ourselves up feeling that we have let ourselves down.
We struggle with fertility issues and our menstral cycle thinking and labelling it as the monthly curse.
Having fun feels foreign, our emotions are a roller coaster and many feel insecure so we turn to others for emotional security and develope co-dependant relationships.
We manipulate and play the game in order to survive or we get manipulted, giving all of ourselve so that others may thrive.
We fear change, lacking the desire for passion and excitment. We feel stuck and rigid
We have lost our right to have fun, feel and have pleasure.
We long to be aknowledged, to shine our light, to be seen as and individual and equal partner. We are affraid to act, to take up space, to take risks becasue of a deep sense of shame, that there is something wrong with us.
We feel its better to stand backstage, dime our light and make ourselves small, ready to serve others, making their dreams come true.
We loose confidence in ourselves and lack the will power to continue.
We fear the power that we know resides inside ourselves, so we shrink in order to fit in or be liked.
We have lost our right to act and be and individual, to make our dreams come true. To be smart, successful, creative, loving and strong.
As we eneter into this new energy that is seeing the downfall of the pariarchal system it is also a
remarkable time of Rebirth and Recreation in a woman’s life, coming together, healing these subconscious wounds and patterning. This is a time when woman rise bringing in balance and harmony for everyone.
